At the front of the system, BDS uses diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs engineered to deliver the correct lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride across varying terrain conditions. The kit also includes heavy-duty tubular radius arms that replace the factory stamped steel arms to improve strength, caster correction, and suspension durability.

To maintain proper steering geometry at the lifted ride height, the kit includes a high-strength adjustable track bar built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel, allowing the front axle to be precisely recentered after lifting the vehicle. Additional front suspension components include sway bar links and brake line brackets to ensure proper function of factory components.

In the rear, the lift system raises the truck using high-strength fabricated lift blocks and extended U-bolts, maintaining proper axle positioning while matching the front lift height. The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series gas shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved damping performance and ride control both on-road and off-road.
