At the front of the system, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height while delivering a smooth and controlled ride across a wide range of driving conditions. These high-strength springs are engineered specifically for diesel-powered trucks, ensuring the proper ride height and suspension performance under heavy loads.
The kit features a heavy-duty 4-Link conversion system that replaces the factory stamped radius arms with high-strength control arms and brackets. This upgrade improves suspension geometry, reduces caster change during suspension travel, and provides improved strength and stability for lifted applications.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the lifted height, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket. These components keep the drag link and track bar operating in proper alignment, improving steering feel and maintaining consistent handling.
Because lifting the truck alters driveline angles, BDS includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to maintain proper front driveshaft alignment. This ensures smooth drivetrain operation while preserving reliability.
In the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block and extended U-bolts provide proper rear lift and a level stance. The system is completed with NX2 Nitro Series or FOX Performance Series shocks, delivering improved damping performance, better ride control, and reliable off-road capability.
