Upgrade the suspension performance and stance of your 2005–2007 Ford F250 or F350 Super Duty diesel 4WD truck with the BDS 4 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit. Designed to improve suspension geometry, off-road capability, and ride quality, this kit converts the factory radius arm suspension to a stronger 4-link system while providing increased ground clearance and durability.
The front suspension system includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, engineered to deliver the proper lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride across varying terrain conditions. These high-strength springs are manufactured from premium tensile steel and designed to maintain long-term reliability.
This kit replaces the factory radius arm setup with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion, utilizing upper and lower control arms with precision-engineered mounting brackets made from high-strength ¼-inch steel. This system improves axle control, increases suspension articulation, and minimizes caster change throughout suspension travel.
Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper alignment of the steering linkage and front axle positioning at the lifted ride height. Additional components including sway bar relocation brackets and brake line brackets maintain proper suspension function.
In the rear, the base system raises the suspension using high-strength fabricated lift blocks and extended U-bolts, maintaining correct pinion angles and axle alignment. Optional replacement rear leaf springs are available to eliminate lift blocks and provide improved load handling and ride stability.
The suspension system is completed with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, offering improved damping performance and ride control both on and off-road.
This complete bolt-on suspension system provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, giving your Super Duty truck an aggressive stance while maintaining excellent drivability.
