Upgrade the stance, suspension performance, and off-road capability of your 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD diesel truck equipped with factory rear air ride suspension with the BDS 4 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit. Engineered for improved suspension geometry, strength, and ride quality, this complete suspension system increases ground clearance while maintaining the functionality of the factory rear air suspension system.
At the front, the system replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion system. This design improves axle positioning, increases suspension strength, and reduces caster change throughout suspension travel for improved handling both on-road and off-road. The system uses high-strength ¼-inch steel conversion brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower control arms for maximum durability.
The front suspension also includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs designed to provide the correct lift height while delivering a smooth and predictable ride across varying terrain conditions. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm combined with a heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, helping maintain proper steering alignment and recenter the front axle after lifting the vehicle.
Due to the increased lift height, the system includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to properly correct driveline angles while allowing continued use of the factory front driveshaft.
In the rear, the kit is designed specifically for trucks equipped with factory rear air suspension. The system utilizes heavy-duty air bag spacers, a rear track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links to maintain proper suspension geometry while preserving the functionality of the factory auto-leveling air ride system.
The suspension system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series gas shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved damping performance and ride control both on-road and off-road.
