Upgrade the stance, suspension strength, and off-road capability of your 2019–2023 Ram 3500 4WD gas truck with the BDS 4 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit. Engineered for improved suspension geometry and durability, this system replaces the factory radius arm setup with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion, delivering improved handling, axle control, and long-term reliability.
The front suspension includes gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs designed to provide the correct lift height while maintaining smooth ride quality across a wide range of driving conditions. These high-strength springs are engineered to deliver consistent performance without premature coil bind.
To correct steering geometry at the lifted ride height, the system incorporates a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket. This combination ensures proper steering alignment while keeping the track bar and drag link operating in phase throughout suspension travel.
The factory radius arm system is replaced with a BDS 4-Link conversion, utilizing heavy-duty control arms and precision-engineered conversion brackets built from high-strength ¼-inch steel. This design improves suspension articulation while maintaining proper axle positioning and minimizing caster change during suspension travel.
At this lift height, proper driveline alignment is maintained using a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember, allowing continued use of the factory front driveshaft while correcting driveline angles.
In the rear, the suspension system raises the truck using high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts, maintaining proper axle alignment and stance. The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved ride control and damping both on and off the road.
This complete bolt-on suspension system increases ground clearance and allows clearance for up to 35-inch tires, giving your Ram 3500 a more aggressive appearance while maintaining dependable performance.
