Improve the stance, performance, and off-road capability of your 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 with the BDS 4-inch Suspension Lift Kit. Engineered for strength and reliability, this lift system provides additional ground clearance while maintaining factory-like ride quality and excellent on-road handling.
Up front, the kit utilizes heavy-duty top-mounted strut spacers, high-clearance crossmembers, and multipiece differential relocation brackets designed to maintain proper drivetrain angles and suspension geometry. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height while retaining ESC system compatibility.
For additional protection and durability, the system incorporates robust skid plates, sway bar drop brackets, brake line brackets, bump stop extensions, CV spacers, and precision-engineered hardware. The rear suspension uses a heavy-duty lift block system with new U-bolts to level the vehicle while preserving factory ride quality and load capacity.
Rear suspension damping is handled by precision-tuned BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks for enhanced ride comfort and off-road performance.
This complete lift system allows clearance for up to 33-inch tires and is backed by BDS Suspension’s Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty.
