BDS 5.5 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit Ram 3500 Gas 4WD (2019–2024)

Take your 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas truck to the next level with the BDS 5.5 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit. Designed to increase ground clearance and improve suspension performance, this system delivers the strength and geometry correction required for larger tires and demanding driving conditions while maintaining excellent ride quality.

The front suspension replaces the factory radius arm setup with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion system, improving axle positioning and suspension stability while reducing caster change throughout suspension travel. High-strength ¼-inch steel brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower control arms provide exceptional durability and control.

The system also includes gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, engineered to deliver the correct lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride both on and off road. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper alignment and front axle centering after lifting the vehicle.

Because of the increased ride height, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to correct driveline angles and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.

In the rear, the suspension is lifted using a high-strength steel lift block and longer U-bolts, maintaining proper axle alignment while matching the front lift height. The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved ride control, stability, and off-road capability.
