The system features BDS’s high-clearance design with no torsion bar drop brackets, allowing the torsion bars to mount directly to the top of the lower control arm. This design improves ground clearance and maintains proper suspension strength compared to traditional drop bracket systems.

Up front, the kit includes high-arched 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates to protect vital components while improving front driveline angles. Steering geometry is corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper steering function and stability at the lifted ride height.
