Engineered for strength, suspension geometry correction, and improved off-road capability, this complete suspension system increases ground clearance while maintaining excellent ride quality and control.

The front suspension replaces the factory radius arm design with a heavy-duty 4-link conversion system, improving axle positioning and suspension stability while reducing caster change throughout suspension travel. The system utilizes high-strength ¼-inch steel conversion brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower control arms designed to withstand demanding off-road use.

The kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, engineered to deliver the correct lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride across varying terrain conditions. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper steering alignment and front axle centering at the lifted ride height.

Because of the increased lift height, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to correct front driveline angles while allowing continued use of the factory front driveshaft.

In the rear, the system raises the suspension using a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts, maintaining proper axle alignment while matching the front lift height. The suspension system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved damping performance and ride control both on and off road.
