Upgrade the stance, ride quality, and off-road capability of your 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD diesel truck with the BDS Suspension 4 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Designed for heavy-duty diesel applications, this suspension system delivers increased ground clearance, improved suspension geometry, and clearance for up to 35-inch tires while maintaining excellent on-road drivability and off-road performance.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs engineered to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across varying terrain. The system also features heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms that provide caster correction and increased strength compared to factory stamped arms.

To maintain proper steering geometry after lifting, BDS includes a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket to keep the steering components aligned and the front axle centered throughout suspension travel. Sway bar relocation brackets and brake line extensions ensure proper operation of factory components.

Because of the increased lift height, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to correct driveline angles and retain use of the factory front driveshaft.

In the rear, the system utilizes a high-strength fabricated 2-inch lift block, longer U-bolts, and matched performance shocks to maintain ride quality and correct axle alignment. The system comes standard with BDS NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and velocity-sensitive valving for improved damping and control.
