Engineered for serious off-road performance and heavy-duty diesel applications, this suspension system delivers improved stance, increased ground clearance, and clearance for up to 37-inch tires while maintaining ride quality and steering stability.
The system converts the factory radius arm suspension to a heavy-duty 4-link design, improving suspension geometry and increasing overall strength. High-strength control arms and heavy-duty mounting brackets help correct axle positioning while maintaining proper caster through suspension travel. This design improves handling characteristics and enhances stability both on-road and off-road.
Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs designed to deliver the correct lift height while maintaining a smooth, predictable ride across varying terrain. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, helping keep steering components aligned while recentering the front axle.
To correct driveline geometry at this lift height, the system includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember, allowing continued use of the factory front driveshaft while maintaining proper driveline angles.
In the rear, the system utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and matched performance shocks to maintain ride quality and axle alignment. The kit can be configured with BDS NX2 Nitro shocks or FOX Performance Series shocks, with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir shocks available for maximum off-road performance and adjustability.
