Upgrade the capability, stance, and off-road performance of your 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 4WD diesel truck with the BDS Suspension 8 Inch Long Arm Lift Kit. Designed for serious off-road performance and heavy-duty durability, this suspension system increases ground clearance while maintaining excellent steering stability and ride quality. The system provides clearance for up to 38-inch tires, delivering an aggressive appearance and improved trail capability.

At the core of this system is a long arm suspension conversion designed to reduce caster change throughout suspension travel. The long lower control arms help maintain proper suspension geometry while improving ride quality and stability both on-road and off-road. This design retains the factory triangulation of the suspension, helping maintain strength and stability under heavy loads.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, heavy-duty long control arms with mounting brackets, sway bar links, bump stops, and steering correction components. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper steering angles and axle positioning at the lifted ride height.

In the rear, the system utilizes heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks and longer U-bolts to achieve the required lift while maintaining load capacity and ride quality. Optional rear leaf springs are also available to eliminate lift blocks and further improve suspension performance.

The kit is paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, featuring a monotube internal floating piston design that improves damping performance and heat dissipation for both daily driving and demanding off-road environments.
